My DIY Chair

⋅⋅⋅ So, on my daily frustrating quarantine, I decided to make some cool(maybe not) things I did and then post it to this blog with the tag "quarantine diary".

For my initial "quarantine diary’s post ill share my story where I make my own DIY chair inspired by a youtube video by one of my childhood favorite band's lead singers Ariel Noah Bertukang where he make a rack for his Gundam collection tools.

First, i need my tools and the materials to make the chair. I started to look around my house, my grandpa's house, and his warehouse/shed then here is what I got.

Some obsolete/semi-rotten wood at the warehouse and some broken tools on my grandpa's house. Then here is my plan on a simple sketch.

plan 2

I need to cut all the materials into 10 pieces with the numbers 9 and 10 need to be the wider ones to suit the seat part and my back. I also need to adjust the height so it feels comfy with my desk than the length and the width so it's suitable with my room which is pretty limited. So I started to do all of that stuff then I realize I couldn't find part number 2 or the fourth foot that was suitable with the others. With this confusion, I decided to get a smaller wood(which is the only material left and pretty suitable) then cut it out so it fills the number 2 part and started to assemble it with nails so it gonna looks like this.

Then I cut and assemble the other part left and here are the final looks.

I know its ugly and stuff but i still do love it cause i enjoy making it and i use it while writing this haha ....
